With over 12 years of experience managing complex environmental science projects, analyzing multi-layered data sets, and authoring technical reports for federal and state agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Energy (DOE), foundational work began in translating high-level regulatory protocols into actionable, real-world solutions. That deep analytical background forms the bedrock of KLA’s methodology: taking intricate technical workflows, institutional knowledge, and complex processes, and structuring them into seamless digital architectures.

Transitioning this technical background into educational curriculum development led to designing and deploying flagship workforce initiatives—including the groundbreaking, first of its kind Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE) technician program offered at Baton Rouge Community College along with grant management for higher education. Beyond institutional education, scaling digital brands, staff training systems, and fitness entrepreneurship provided first-hand execution in leverage: leveraging digital workflows, automated media pipelines, and prompt-engineered AI frameworks to drastically cut administrative overhead and accelerate learning timelines.
